If your student is planning to get a license this summer, please read the information below to request the required documentation.

Please email Mrs. Eron at eolsen@bccsblazers.org to request a Certificate of School Enrollment and/or your ADAP Certificate. Documents will be picked up in the main office between 12:00 pm and 2:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Requests must be made two days before pickup.

If you only need your ADAP Certificate, you are welcome to print it yourself. Use this link to print your ADAP Certificate. Students must use the username or email they used when creating their account. We are happy to print this for you if you provide the correct username/email. **Please check that you can log in before requesting that we print it. We need the correct information to access the certificate.
