With much discussion on the Pizza card idea,   Donna Shiver suggested holding off the pizza cards for further review.  The Donut booklet has discounted coupons for future Krispy Kreme purchases.  Krispy Kreme keeps $3 and we would determine the price of the selling price for each booklet. Jackie suggested purchasing 100 coupon booklets at a cost of $300. We will sell the booklets at a $6 for a $300 profit.   Gail made motion to approve donut booklet purchase and Jimmy made second.  Motion passed.

New Business:Club membership and membership drive options were discussed.  Jackie and Gail have a list of grandparents from their grandchildren’s classroom.

The Fall Festival 2010 was discussed.  Last year’s November 2009 minutes were read by Carole to remind us of things we could do to improve. After much discussion, we will consider asking people for money to purchase items if they do not want to work in the booth.  We would then buy items instead of counting on items to be brought to us.  A list of items and duties would be compiled by Cindy, and then delegated. More discussion and details on the Fall Festival next month.

The next regular meeting will be 7:00 Tuesday, October 12.  This will be an important meeting concerning Fall Festival information.  Donna adjourned the meeting at 8:00 pm.

We need to purchase additional food items at Sam’s for a backup food supply source and if it not needed we can return the items. We might ask the Jr. Class to bring items instead of work at the booth.
