National Agriculture Awareness Week February 20th - 24th 2007

 National FFA Week:  week of February 20-24

 Help us celebrate National FFA Week at Baconton Charter. Our schedule of events follows:

Tuesday:         “Square Bale Toss” (7^th period)  2 divisions-  Middle School & High School- no charge to participate.

Wednesday:    We will be grilling hotdogs and hamburgers during lunch from 10:45 to 1:30 serving all grades. Hotdogs $1.00 and  

                        Hamburgers $2.00 – chips and drinks available at the Snack Shack.

Thursday:       “Camo” Day – wear your favorite camouflage clothing - $3.00 will be collected during homeroom.

Friday:            “Muddy Truck” Day – get your truck muddied up during the week and drive it to school Friday morning to be judged by your fellow classmates. Ballots will be sold for 25 cents each during the middle- and high-school break. Vote as much as you like. Please let Mr. Larry know Wednesday if you plan to participate.
